Sunshine or rain, Varberg has something for all children and young adults. If the sun shines, why not take a race on our Go-Kart track, go on a lamb safari at Öströö or visit the playground Spökitetsparken. You can also go fishing, surfing or visit the “simstadion”, an outdoor pool that offers swimming pools for everyone. If the weather turns out to be bad, you find the Cinema in the city center, you can go bowling at Bruket or visit the playland for the youngest. Just outside of Varberg you can also visit the trampoline park Bounce-camp to jump, do flips and other tricks In the city center, below the fortress, you find the "Children's beach" - a shallow beach with nice views towards the fortress and the promenade. Take a walk up to the museum for a beautiful view over the ocean and city. During the school holidays, the museum has a packed program of workshops, quizzes, and crafts.
